A warm mix system is installed in the plant mixer and used to ensure homogeneity of the Asphalt Mix. The warm mix system allows for temperature reduction of Asphalt mix and can be rolled at lower temperature. This is environment friendly and is gaining popularity all over the world.

1. Foam Bitumen system comprises of:

• Spray Bar Manifold complete with foaming chamber and Nozzles
• Water delivery system with dosing and metering reciprocating pump fitted with variable speed drive and tank complete with High and low level controls
• Additive dosing system with dosing and metering reciprocating pump fitted with variable speed drive and tank complete with High, Refill and low level controls
• Foamed bitumen Spray nozzles with automatic cleaning system at end of day
• Bitumen pump
• Water pump
• Water storage tank 500 lts
• Additive storage tank 200 lts
• Air compressor

2. Software package comprising of:

• Recording of water input
• Recording of additive input
• Recording of bitumen input
• Interface control of water input via feedback of bitumen input (1 to 10%  of bitumen quantity)
• Interface control of additive input via feedback of bitumen input (1 to 10%  of bitumen quantity)
• Interface control of Cement input via feedback of bitumen input (1 to 10%  of bitumen quantity)
