MASTIC COOKER
The plant will incorporate the following
- Mastic bucket for Gussasphalt used for discharge of mix into the Mastic Silo
- Mastic Plantis used to producethe product and is heated by a direct fired burner to homogenous the mix. This unit is equipped with a hydraulic motor to rotate the stirrer and ensure excellent mixing of the Mastic
- Heated Lime Silo is used to store and heat the lime to be used for mastic production. The heated lime is discharged via a screw to feed the heated lime into the mastic. The silo is heated by the thermal oil heating system of the plant. The silo is fully insulated to prevent heat loss.

- Runway for mastic to mastic Unit
- Mastic Unit of 30 tons with hydraulic driven motor
- Hydraulic system to operate the motor
- Structure for mastic unit

- Vertical screw complete with geared motor for loading Lime
- Heated Inclined screw conveyor with motor for Lime discharge
