JETPATCHER
JETPATCHER is a QUICK POTHOLE FILLING MACHINE using aggregate and special grade emulsion to fill the potholes. This machine is all in one machine incorporating several features to ensure quick patching and zero defects.
It is suitable for a variety of maintenance tasks. It is a premium quality road maintenance machine utilizing low cost materials to produce high quality road repairs and presently used successfully around the world.

FUNCTIONS
- Stage one – Preparation: using high Velocity blower the Jetpatcher blows the loose debris from the hole
- Stage two – Coating: The Jetpatcher coats the hole with emulsion
- Stage three – Aggregate: aggregate mixed with emulsion and blown into pot hole at high velocity
- Stage four – Final stage: light layer of aggregate applied to patch
Repair Speed
- An average hole can be repaired in only a few minutes
- Repairs can be driven on after 15 minutes
- Minimum delivery rate of 2.4m3 per hour
- Minimal disruption to traffic and exposure of operators
