HOT STORAGE SILO
HOT STORAGE SILO BELOW MIXER
The hot storage silo is supplied in various capacity from 50 ton to 200 ton below mixer. Rock wool insulation on all sides and electrical heaters are fitted for the discharges cones. The premix is charged into the silo through mechanically operated inlet gates. For loading materials on to the trucks, pneumatically actuated discharge gates are installed below the discharge cones.
Delivery content:
- Single or Dual (optional) compartment Hot Silo complete with supports and bracing for storage
- Thermal oil heated discharge gates with valves and flexible connectors
- Infrared sensor for temperature measurement at discharge.
- Control panel with contactors and relays with visual display for operation.
- Electrical heaters on discharge gates of silo
- Pneumatic cylinders for the discharging gates
- Pneumatic fittings for the air valves of the pneumatic cylinders shall be supplied.
- Shipped in 3 sections
