Decanter Housed in Container Type Storage
Decanting Rate: 6 - 10 Tons/Hr depending on the size of bitumen drum
Bitumen storage volume: Approx. 20 Tons
Heating Type: Light Oil OR Thermal oil optional
- Bitumen drums lifted by electrical operated hoist positioned at inlet of container
- Hanging from the wheel block, drums slide down by gravity but controlled by a pneumatically activated stopper
- At container outlet, empty drums removed and the wheel-blocks re-used for fresh loadings. Rate of drum removal can be adjusted.
- Bitumen pump positioned in container to transfer bitumen to adjacent bitumen tank.
- Rockwool insulation for heat conversation around bitumen storage
- Temperature control
- Overflow pipe
